8. Your Agreement to Our Legal Documents (Apps and Games)
Our legal documents. Our legal framework for apps and games consists of three documents: (a) this Privacy Policy, which applies to this website; (b) our Terms of Service; and (c) our Application Privacy Policy (together, the “Legal Documents”). The Terms of Service and the Application Privacy Policy are each expressly incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy, and into one another, as if set out in full in each document.

Order of precedence. If these Legal Documents conflict, the Terms of Service prevail on matters concerning the licensing and use of our apps and games, including payments, subscriptions, warranties, and liability. The Application Privacy Policy prevails on matters concerning personal data processing in connection with our apps and games. This website Privacy Policy applies only to personal data processing in connection with this website. Nothing in these documents limits any rights or obligations under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. For apps and games distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable mandatory minimum EULA terms prevail over any conflicting provision, subject always to such applicable law.
Entire agreement; severability. The Legal Documents together are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our apps and games and replace any earlier understandings on the same subject. If a court or authority finds any provision unenforceable, that provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Legal Documents remain in full force. Your continued use of an app or game after a Legal Document is updated means you accept the updated version.
